Every year Tec de Monterrey recognizes the participation and work of women of the institution, through the award Mujer Tec, giving weight and visibility to the role of women. This year C37 designed an award that celebrates them, using their material MAGMA 04®. 

This award gives voice, inspires and recognizes women and their achievements, in order to motivate future generations and their participation in politics, economy and society.
